Prepare Package
Securely pack your Suunto device in its original packaging, including all manuals, charging cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
